Blagojevich pick: Not seating me could appear racist

Former Illinois Attorney General Roland Burris, whom Gov. Rod Blagojevich appointed to fill President-elect Obama's Senate seat, said that if Democrats refuse to seat him, "it could give the appearance" of racism. He would be the Senate's only black member.
